Installation Conditions of Range Hood

1. Make sure the range hood size is 30 or 36 inches. If there is a cabinet above the range hood, please measure the length of the position reserved for the range hood between the cabinets. If do not have cabinet, shield of stainless steel cover needs to be purchased separately. 

2. Please confirm whether there is a preset smoke exhaust pipe above the range hood. The machine exhaust is at the top, and the exhaust port is 6 inches in diameter. The exhaust pipe must not be smaller than 6 inches in diameter.  At the same time, the straighter of the pipeline is the bette effect is. Try not to turn too much bend or 90 degrees Angle bend, otherwise it will affect the smoking effect and produce noise and other problems.

3. Please confirm whether there is power supply on the wall above the range hood.

​* The recommended height range for the best installation of the range hood is between 27 "-36”, from the cooktop to the distance of the top of the range hood. If it is higher than 36”, it is recommended to add 4 "or 6" decorative plates, which has reached the best installation range.

​* Attention! If the installation height is too high, it will affect the effect of the range

30 days after receiving the product

If the 30-day return period is exceeded and your product is still under warranty, please call us to arrange inspection and repair service.

Shipping and installation costs:

You can return the package within 30 days of receiving it and get a refund. However, transportation, service and installation costs will not be refunded.

Just call we can offer you a choice of return method. For some products, we will provide an email to send you the shipping label. In most cases, we will ask you to ship the product back using a method that provides a tracking number. We do not bear the related freight charges.

The freight is not refundable. Use a method that provides a tracking number to return your package (FedEx or UPS). If there is no proof that the product has been delivered to us, we will not accept liability or process a refund.

​Once we have confirmed that the returned product has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your return request and process your refund. Your account will receive this refund within 7-10 business days.​

Once we receive your return, please allow approximately two weeks (7-10 business days) to process your refund, which will be deducted for any return charges, etc. The refund will be sent to the bank card you used to make the purchase. ​
